Yes, of course! As homeowners ourselves, we pride ourselves on building a transparent and trustworthy platform that helps homeowners simplify their renovation journey.

Apart from screening and continuously monitoring all interior firms that are onboard, we encourage real homeowners to leave reviews on their renovation experience, be it good or bad.

To further reassure you that your renovation is in safe hands, we have also introduced the Qanvast Guarantee to safeguard your renovation deposits, in the (rare) event that your chosen firm goes insolvent.

Yes. All interior firms onboard Qanvast undergo a stringent vetting process, including but not limited to, checking the firm’s ACRA registration details, understanding the firm’s business and direction, and more. They will only be listed if they are a good fit for Qanvast.

We continuously monitor the quality of firms listed on Qanvast against verified reviews left by homeowners. Firms that fall below the rating of 3.5 stars out of 5 will not be recommended. Ratings can be found on the firms’ profiles on Qanvast.

Most of the projects do not include them unless otherwise stated in the 'Works Included' tab listed in each project."

Homeowners can edit a review within 14 days of publishing it. To access your reviews, go to 'Review a Firm' under your profile's dropdown menu, or via the link sent to your email. If you have missed the 14 day window and would like to edit your review, email happinesshk@qanvast.com for assistance.

To verify your review, simply upload your contract and our team will verify your review within 14 days of submitting your contract.

You may ask us to delete or remove your account and related personal data by sending an email to happinesshk@qanvast.com.

Reviews that do not meet our posting guidelines, such as insulting comments, inappropriate language or comments made on other reviews. Verified reviews are also subjected to random checks. For more details, read our review regulation policy guidelines.

At Qanvast, we promise to recommend you only trustworthy and reliable interior designers. We stand by our curated list of interior designers, and we are proving it with the Qanvast Guarantee. To give homeowners the added assurance, the free scheme protects your renovation deposits in the event the interior firm you engaged through Qanvast becomes insolvent. The Qanvast Guarantee covers 50% of your contract value, up to HKD$300,000, whichever is lower.
