GX Foundation is a non-governmental charitable organisation established in Hong Kong, China in 2018. It aims to provide humanitarian assistance in healthcare and public health to Belt and Road countries, embodying the spirit of "sharing" and "people-to-people connectivity".

GX's work spans across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, with its flagship programme, the "Cataract Blindness Elimination Programme", focused on completely eliminating the backlog of cataract cases in Laos, Cambodia, Djibouti, Senegal, and Mauritania.
